We have a hard working, dedicated team of staff, who work closely with families to meet the individual needs of every child. The majority of our staff have been with us for many years and are parents themselves. All have a wide range of qualifications, knowledge, and valuable experience of working with young children, including those with additional needs. 

All staff, volunteers, and students have been checked through the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). The majority of staff are qualified to Level 3 and attend a wide range of courses and training sessions to keep up-to-date and improve their practice. We also have several members of staff qualified to Level 6. This valuable bank of knowledge and experience helps us to provide a high quality service.
